Recent college graduate who spends up to 8 weeks in the fall and 8 weeks in the winter traveling to college campuses. The recruiter will: prepare the campus for the visit making multiple contacts via telephone and email; spend 2-5 days on most campuses making organization and class announcements, conducting thorough interviews, manning info tables, coordinating and facilitating info sessions; following up with all interviews and prospects by offering jobs or managing the prospects record within our database. The next phase of the recruiter’s job is to assist in screening applicants by reading applications, references and social media attached to each applicant. The recruiter will also have program responsibilities attached to summer responsibilities. They will also be involved in meetings to discuss new ideas and new projects.
Recent college graduate who will assist in web-based management systems built on PHP/MySql; MySQL query writing and optimization' New business logic feature planning and implementation; bug fixing; Integration with 3rd party B2B applications; front-end UI design implementation.
The Media Coordinator will oversee all aspects of media production, and direct fulfillment of company objectives and initiatives. They will schedule and ensure proper utilization of Camp Ozark’s media facilities, equipment and personnel. Will be required to complete assignments within strict media deadlines. Must be familiar with a variety of media production concepts, practices and procedures. Will perform a variety of tasks and must possess the necessary judgment and discipline to plan and accomplish goals. Will lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and the ability to work independently is expected.

Recent college graduate who loves the Lord and loves kids of all ages! Responsibilities include planning, attending and running weekly middle school and high school meetings for designated area, as well as various other official and unofficial Ozone events (fall retreat, lock-in, dodgeball tournament, mission trip, etc). Responsibilities also include facilitation of numerous weekly small group bible studies, participation in the Ozone Community Mentorship service program, one-on-one discipleship with middle school and high school kids, and leadership of a parent advisory board. Summers will be spent as a member of the Camp Ozark summer staff.
